Bar-Be-Cube Smoker

Designed to cook with direct and indirect heat, the smokebox design accommodates five levels of cooking with large Stainless steel grates for a total of over 1587 sq/in of smoking/grilling surface. The Bar-becube was designed with large smokebox doors and lid for easy access to stainless steel cooking grates and a large firebox drawer for easy access to the removable ash pan, charcoal and wood basket. Smoke stack cover designed for precise temperature settings with air intake dampers for precise control of heat and smoke and a large temperature gauge for monitoring smokebox temperature.
